Notes

The 10.68Z is a continuation of the project started with the 12.68Z to standardize and rationalize production across the range of Longines movements, so that the company could more easily and cost effectively produce a larger number of movements. The 10.68Z was in effect just a smaller version of the 12.68Z, itself a smaller version of the 18.68Z. It was designed for midsized wristwatches. Also referred to as the 10L usually in the American market.
