Notes

The 30L and 30LS was introduced in 1955 to replace the venerable 12.68Z and 12.68ZS in large wrist watches though the 12.68Z continued to be sold in watches until around 1960. The 30L was an entirely new design and was intended to be both more economical to produce for the company and to take advantage of advances in manufacturing techniques over the intervening 25 years between the two calibres' design. It had a large balance and was sold in a chronometer version in the flagship line of watches.
